Playing Rules on the day.
o Teams will be 15-a-side, with 5 interchange players.
o Games will be 20 mins a side, with immediate changeover at half-time.
o Normal playing rules apply for the day.
o Deliberate kicking of the sliothar will be penalised, (This rule is being introduced to encourage striking of the sliothar).
o Interchange of players unlimited and at any time, however all interchange players must go through the sideline official at the designated area of the pitch.
